Prior to joining Bayer, she held a variety of human resources positions of increasing responsibility in healthcare and death care industries. Before entering the realm of Human Resources HR, Laurel built her career as a core member in the start-up of the Enterprise Risk Services Practice at Deloitte and has served in various business strategy, financial, cost accounting and auditing roles in a number of industries. |
